Saturday is silent.
The crowd is gone.
Jesus is dead.
The disciples are hiding.
Grief and darkening shadows fill the void of their hearts.
Tears fog their sight and doubt quietly extinguishes their faith.
Hope has dissipated to a quiet desperate unutterable cry, so loud it deafens the heart.
It is Saturday and Jesus is dead.
